Store ship-to locations
US domestic shipment. We do ship worldwide. For certain items, please contact us with your zip / postal code for the proper shipping quote!
Shipping & Handling
Buyer Pays for Shipping. We do offer combined shipment for multiple items purchased from us!
For domestic shipment, it'll be $1.50 to $3.00 for each additional item depending on the weight of the merchandise.
For international shipment, it'll be $3.00 for each additional pound (lb).
Fun House Theatrical will not be responsible for lost or damaged items of the USPS First Class Mail International and USPS Priority International mails. No tracking and insurance is supplied for these shipments by the US Post Office. Also beware that USPS First Class Mail International and USPS Priority Mail International is susceptible to possible long delays for up to 2 to 3 months.

Return policy
All sales are final. No returns nor refunds. Please make sure you are ordering your correct size. The returns without our approval are subject to be charged 25% restocking fee. Plus we will not be responsible with any shipping expenses. Any defective products may be exchanged for the same item. To request an exchange, we require that you request authorization within 2 business days of receiving your order. A friendly customer service associate is ready to process your request! You can request an exchange one of two ways:
If you need to receive the exchange order in a hurry, we can process a cross shipment. Once you have made payment for the new order it will ship out within 2 business days. Upon return of your original order, a refund will be issued to your Paypal account.
If you prefer not to have two charges on your credit card until the original order is received back and refunded, we can process a standard exchange. Once we have received the original order back, we will process and ship out the new order! Please allow ample time for this process as we cannot ship the new order until the original order is received back.
In most cases, refunds are processed within 7 - 14 days of receipt of returned merchandise, but may vary depending upon the season.
Returned Merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all original pieces and packaging, otherwise no refund will be issued.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, including shipping costs incurred to send an item back to Fun House Theatrical. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

A select number of items are never returnable (Due to Hygienic Reasons). These include:
